Boston Bombing and Texas Explosion

Boston Bombing

Texas Explosion

These two recent events have made many people around the country upset. It was devastating to hear about all of the tragic things that happened to people and the areas. Its hard for people who lost family members in these events.

Kevin Carter

I think that Kevin Carters artwork is extremely powerful. It captures devastation and pure sadness. Looking at his photography, you can tell how bad life can be for unfortunate people. Although people say it is bad to stand there and take pictures of people in need, I think the photography is interesting. It helps you see what things are like for those people and makes you want to help them out with every chance you can get.

Sports Photography

Top 3 Favorite Sports
Cheerleading
Track&Field
Baseball

A photographer could change their shutter time to a fast time to capture an action shot better. They could also use a kids and pets setting.

I liked Christina Saenz's prezi example about track the best. It had a lot of information about the short and also a lot of pictures. I liked the way each slide zoomed out and back in on something new. Everything was different so it kept me interested.  I also liked the simple color scheme.
