For the first picture, I think the artist placed the lion face on the chick and then adjusted the color balance to make it yellow. For the second picture, I think the artist placed the pig face on the frog body and adjusted the colors to make it green and used blur to make it match more. For the last picture, the cat face if probably placed onto the bunny body and then blurred and matched to not look choppy.
